Documentation: Synchronise camera stack details
There are two near-duplicate instances of the camera stack details in the Documentation, in docs.rst and guides/introduction.rst. Remove them from guides/introduction.rst, with the exception of the explanations of the V4L2 Compatibility Layer and the Android HAL which are moved to the Camera Stack section in docs.rst. The Docs page already had its own separate version of those details but they are distinct and seemingly out of date - remove them.
