libcamera names header files based on the classes they define. The
buffer.h file is an exception. Rename it to framebuffer.h.

MappedBuffers have a custom move constructor and assignment operator to
ensure that memory is not unmapped during object manipulation.
Because of the user-defined move constructor, the implicitly-declared
copy-constructor will already be deleted, however delete it explicitly
to help readability of the code, and make it clear that the object can
not be copied.

Provide a MappedFrameBuffer helper class which will map
all of the Planes within a FrameBuffer and provide CPU addressable
pointers for those planes.
The MappedFrameBuffer implements the interface of the MappedBuffer
allowing other buffer types to be constructed of the same form, with a
common interface and cleanup.
This allows MappedBuffer instances to be created from Camera3Buffer types.
Mappings are removed upon destruction.
