libcamera: formats: Move plane info structure to PixelFormatInfo
Move the PixelFormatPlaneInfo structure within the PixelFormatInfo class definition and rename it to Plane, to align the naming scheme with other parts of libcamera, such as FrameBuffer::Plane or FrameMetadata::Plane.
