include: uapi: Add header definitions for BCM2835 Unicam and ISP blocks
This commit adds the headers and definitions required for the bcm2835_isp and bcm2835_unicam kernel modules. The headers come from patches recently posted to the linux-media@vger.kernel.org mailing list to add the Unicam and ISP peripherals drivers to the kernel.
