libcamera: controls: Utilise LIBCAMERA_DISABLE_COPY_AND_MOVE
The ControlId and Control classes disable the copy constructor and assignment operator, but they should also prevent move construction and assignment. Utilise LIBCAMERA_DISABLE_COPY_AND_MOVE to fully disable these functions.
