android: capabilties: Rationalize get[YUV|Raw]Resolution names
The getYUVResolutions() and getRawResolutions() functions are called from the initializeStreamConfigurations() function, which is called by initialize(). Rationalize the function naming scheme by renaming the two functions to initializeYUVResolutions() and initializeRawResolution(). Cosmetic change only.
