2021-10-15	cam: Remove using namespace in stream_options.h	Hirokazu Honda
	"using namespace" in a header file propagates the namespace to the files including the header file. So it should be avoided. 2020-05-01	cam: Add helper class to parse stream configuration	Niklas Söderlund
