The vimc driver delivers frames much faster then the vivid driver hence
most v4l2 device tests complete much quicker if vimc is used. The only
v4l2 device test which can't be switched is buffer_sharing as it needs
to import buffers somewhere, something vimc do not support.
With this change I manage to shave of almost 7 seconds for each run of
all v4l2 device tests.

state and not have the v4l2 device tests depend on that no one have
touched the device before the test is executed.
The resolution is picked purely at random and could possibly be moved to
each test case if there is a need for different resolutions for a

To gain better control of when a file descriptor is open to the media

This changes the current behavior where a file descriptor is only open

Instead of requesting the default configuration for a set of streams
where the application has to figure out which streams provided by the
camera is best suited for its intended usage, have the library figure
this out by using stream usages.
The application asks the library for a list of streams and a suggested
default configuration for them by supplying a list of stream usages.
Once the list is retrieved the application can fine-tune the returned
configuration and then try to apply it to the camera.
Currently no pipeline handler is prepared to handle stream usages but
nor did it make use of the list of Stream IDs which was the previous
interface. The main reason for this is that all cameras currently only
provide one stream each. This will still be the case but the API will be
prepared to expand both pipeline handlers and applications to support
streams usages.

pool identifies its size through its .count() method.
Passing a count in to the exportBuffers() call is redundant and can be
incorrect if the value is not the same as the BufferPool size.

When a signal is connected to a member function slot, the slot is not
disconnected when the slot object is deleted. This can lead to calling a
member function of a deleted object if the signal isn't disconnected
manually by the slot object's destructor.
Make signal handling easier by implementing a base Object class that
tracks all connected signals and disconnects from them automatically
when the object is deleted, using template specialization resolution in
the Signal class.
As inheriting from the Object class may to a too harsh requirement for
Signal usage in applications, keep the existing behaviour working if the
slot doesn't inherit from the Object class. We may reconsider this later
and require all slot objects to inherit from the Object class.

The MediaDevice class will be the entry point to hot-unplug, as it
corresponds to the kernel devices that will report device removal
events. The class will signal media device disconnection to pipeline
handlers, which will clean up resources as a result.
This can't be performed synchronously as references may exist to the
related Camera objects in applications. The MediaDevice object thus
needs to be reference-counted in order to support unplugging, as
otherwise pipeline handlers would be required to drop all the references
to the media device they have borrowed synchronously with the
disconnection signal handler, which would be very error prone (if even
possible at all in a sane way).
Handle MedieDevice instances with std::shared_ptr<> to support this.
