Replace the __FILE__ and __LINE__ values passed to the _log() function
with default parameters, taking their values from the __builtin_FILE()
and __builtin_LINE() functions. This moves handling of the file and line
from the preprocessor to the compiler, which is generally preferred as
it increases type safety.

The _log() functions, as well as the LogMessage constructor, exist in
two versions, one that takes a log category, and one that doesn't. The
latter uses the default log category. This can be simplified by passing
a LogCategory pointer to _log(), which can then be null for the default
category, and moving the retrieval of the default log category from the
LogMessage constructor to the _log() function.

The libcamera internal headers are located in src/libcamera/include/.
The directory is added to the compiler headers search path with a meson
include_directories() directive, and internal headers are included with
(e.g. for the internal semaphore.h header)
#include "semaphore.h"
All was well, until libcxx decided to implement the C++20
synchronization library. The __threading_support header gained a
#include <semaphore.h>
to include the pthread's semaphore support. As include_directories()
adds src/libcamera/include/ to the compiler search path with -I, the
internal semaphore.h is included instead of the pthread version.
Needless to say, the compiler isn't happy.
Three options have been considered to fix this issue:
- Use -iquote instead of -I. The -iquote option instructs gcc to only
consider the header search path for headers included with the ""
version. Meson unfortunately doesn't support this option.
- Rename the internal semaphore.h header. This was deemed to be the
beginning of a long whack-a-mole game, where namespace clashes with
system libraries would appear over time (possibly dependent on
particular system configurations) and would need to be constantly
fixed.
- Move the internal headers to another directory to create a unique
namespace through path components. This causes lots of churn in all
the existing source files through the all project.
The first option would be best, but isn't available to us due to missing
support in meson. Even if -iquote support was added, we would need to
fix the problem before a new version of meson containing the required
support would be released.
The third option is thus the only practical solution available. Bite the
bullet, and do it, moving headers to include/libcamera/internal/.

When the log severity names were added, there was only 4 characters
reserved for their printing. When the FATAL level was added, this
increased to 5, and thus both DBG and ERR can be expanded to their full
spelling. This also brings the levels in line with the representation
that can be used when calling logSetLevel().

When a fatal error occurs the program aborts, and all the logger
provides is the location of the line that caused the error. Extend this
with a full backtrace to help debugging.
The backtrace is generated using the backtrace() call, a GNU extension
to the C library. It is available in glibc and uClibc but not in musl.
Test for availability of the function to condition compilation of the
backtrace printing. Implementing backtrace support with musl is an
exercise left to the reader if desired.
The LogOutput class is extended to support writing string messages
directly to the output. Strings written directly will be considered as
LogDebug messages when written to the Syslog.

Now that the documentation can be compiled, Doxygen throws a few
warnings due to incorrect enum field naming. Fix it.
The \file block needs to be named after the header file in order for
Doxygen to document any global function, variable, typedef or enum
defined in the header (as documented in the Doxygen manual under the
\file command). We thus need to use log.h as the file name. No \file
block is needed for the .cpp file, as we don't want to generate
documentation for internal private globals.
