To prepare for removal of the EventDispatcher from the libcamera public

Comply with the coding style by removing lots of unneeded semicolons.
Fix a few other coding style violations on the lines touched by those
fixes.

Add a simple event loop to the cam application and use it in the main()
function, with an example of how to handle SIGINT to gracefully stop the
loop.
