2021-11-24	libcamera: internal: Convert to pragma once	Kieran Bingham
	Remove the verbose #ifndef/#define/#endif pattern for maintaining header idempotency, and replace it with a simple #pragma once. This simplifies the headers, and prevents redundant changes when header files get moved. Tracepoints.h.in is not modified to use the pragma as it requires self-inclusion. 2021-06-25	libcamera: Separate source and build path helpers	Kieran Bingham
	The libcameraSourcePath and libcameraBuildPath helper functions are internal and specific to libcamera needs while operating with the meson build system. In preparation for the upcoming move of utils to a common library, move these helpers out of utils and into their own build unit.
