pipeline: rpi: Don't call toV4L2DeviceFormat() from validate()
Don't make an unnecessary call to toV4L2DeviceFormat() from validate()
to get a V4L2DeviceFormat. Instead, the conversion can happen directly
from the RAW stream PixelFormat.
