ipa: raspberrypi: Add tuning file for IMX327 sensor
Add a default tuning file for Sony IMX327 sensor. This tuning file is a copy of the IMX290 and is added to make the IMX327 sensor just work without hassle. Note the extra description field to clarify this is just an interim tuning file untill someone provides a proper one.
