libcamera: control_ids_draft: Add face detection controls

Add FaceDetectMode, FaceDetectFaceRectangles, FaceDetectFaceScores,
and FaceDetectFaceLandmark. Also add ControlTypePoint for supporting
FaceDetectFaceLandmark.
